The Analytics page is a record of your buyers' activity across your community/marketplace. If you have multiple marketplaces, you can toggle between each at the top of the page using the caret.

Filters
Each section of this page allows you to filter by:
Seller/Vendor
Specific Buyers
Timeframe
Marketplace*
*You can't see the names of other marketplaces that your buyers are in, but you can view whether action was taken in yours or a different marketplace.
In [Name] - action happened in your marketplace
Across Builtfirst - action happened in a marketplace owned by a different marketplace organization
Conversion Funnel
A breakdown of how many buyers reviewed deals vs how many proceeded to the final step (activation/redemption).
Queries
Log of which terms/sellers that buyers have searched for.
Activations by Category / Savings
Shows the percentage of deals activated/redeemed by category (accounting, human resources, no code solutions, etc).
Can be displayed by # of activations or estimated savings amount. The savings amount is determined based on what sellers display as the value for each deal.
Top Deals by Clicks
A list of the 3 most-reviewed deals in your community.
Top Deals by Activations
A list of 3 the most-activated deals in your community.
Activity Log Tab
Clickpath: Build Your Marketplace > Analytics > Activity Log
The Activity Log is line-by-line log of all actions taken by your buyers. The log spans from the day your marketplace goes live through today.
While this page can't be filtered, you can download a csv copy and filter that report. Clicking "Export CSV" will trigger a download link that is sent to you via email. As the log includes activity from all buyers for all of time, this may take up to 1 hour.
Deleting Activity
If you wish to delete a line item, you can do so from the action menu on the right.
Activity Log Statuses
Current Status refers to where in the redemption process a buyer is in.
Clicked - selected the deal from your community
Reviewed - looked at the deal terms/instructions
Activated - was shown the seller's redemption link / notified seller that they wish to redeem
Confirmed - buyer confirmed they have no further questions
Support Requested - buyer requested additional assistance from Builtfirst support
