Your login username (email address) can be updated as long as that email address is not already in use on Builtfirst. Reach out to us via chat or at support@builtfirst.com to request changes.
Marketplace Admins and Sellers can update their password by going to the login page and clicking "Forgot Password".
Buyers can update their password by navigation to Settings in the top right corner, then Your Profile.
Note: The Builtfirst team can't see or make changes to your existing password. It is masked for security purposes and we will never ask you to send this!
