Your login username (email address) can be updated as long as that email address is not already in use on Builtfirst. Reach out to us via chat or at support@builtfirst.com to request changes.

​Partners and Sellers can update their password by going to the login page and clicking "Forgot Password".

​Buyers can update their password by navigation to Settings in the top right corner, then Your Profile.
