The Listings page (previously "Products" page) is where you can manage products/services and deals that you've already added to your marketplace.

Listings vs Deals
A Listing (product/service) is a general offering provided by a Seller.
Example: Acme Consultation Services
A Deal is a specific discount offered by a Seller.
Example: 20% Off Your First Acme Bill
Listings are independent of deals. This gives you freedom to add all of a Seller's offerings or just a few. Keep in mind that although listings can exist without deals, deals can't exist outside of a listing.
Deal Visibility
A single listing can host multiple deals. If you add multiple deals under a listing, we'll only show your Buyers the highest value deal.
Sellers (vendors) determine if their offers have special restrictions for companies, such as number of employees or location. A Buyer may report that a deal you've added isn't visible to them; this may be because they're ineligible based on their company information.
Once you confirm that you want to add a listing or deal, it's immediately visible to eligible members of your marketplace.
Reordering
Looking at the product table, the column between Listing Name and Listing ID shows you the order in which each offer will be displayed in your marketplace.
Listings you've recently added are ordered last (i.e. at the bottom) by default. Click the ↑↓ icon to enable reordering and quickly drag and drop offers in the order you prefer.
Note: Because deals are housed under listings, only listings can be reordered.
Curating Offers
Feature and/or endorse listings and deals to make them more prominent to your Buyers (marketplace members/users).

Featuring
Featuring offers will move them to the top of your marketplace. This overwrites the order column on the Listing page.
To feature an offer: go to the Listings page > action menu > Feature.
Endorsing
Endorsing offers adds your stamp of approval to an offer. Your buyers will see endorsements for a Seller underneath the Seller's description of their offer.
To endorse an offer: go to the Listings page > action menu > Endorse.
Deactivating
If you need to temporarily hide an offer in your marketplace, deactivate it. Note that this does not remove the offer from your Listing page - the offer will simply not be visible to your Buyers. You also cannot preview offers that aren't active. Reactivate offers to enable preview.
To deactivate and reactivate offers: go to the Listings page > action menu > Deactivate/Activate.
Previewing
You can always preview offers to see exactly how they'll appear in your marketplace. Keep in mind that you can't redeem any offers while in preview mode. Similarly, actions taken in preview will not be logged on the Analytics page.
To preview offers: go to the Listings page > action menu > Preview.
Deleting
Deleting offers will remove them from your marketplace and the Listing page entirely. Listings and deals that have been deleted can be re-added via the Catalog as long as the Seller's offers are still active on their side of Builtfirst.
To delete offers: go to the Listings page > action menu > Delete.
Bulk Actions
Update multiple offers at once by using the checkboxes on the left side of the table. When at least one deal has been selected, bulk edit options will appear near the top.
