Any organization can own a storefront and create offers within Builtfirst simultaneously. The best part is: you only need one set of login credentials to do this! Log in at manage.builtfirst.com to access your partner and seller profiles.
Partner Profile
Your partner profile is where you manage everything relating to your storefront: from the offers included, to customizing the pages, to managing your buyers. Note that every page in the partner portal will read "Manage Storefronts" at the top.
Seller Profile
Manage your listings (products/services) and deals (specific offers) via your seller profile. Note that pages in the seller portal will read "Sell Your Listings" OR "Manage Promotions" at the top.
Navigation Bar
The color of the top navigation bar changes depending on whether you have an existing account with our parent company, AppDirect. Users with existing accounts will note that the bar at the top of the screen is blue, while users with the standalone Builtfirst product will see black.
Aside from color, the only difference here is what options appear in the switcher dropdown.
Switching Profiles
Switch between your partner and seller profiles at any time by clicking the grid in the top lefthand corner on any page.
Users with Builtfirst standalone will see:
Select Build Your Storefront to view your partner (storefront admin) profile
Select Sell Your Listings to view your seller profile
Users with AppDirect accounts will see:
Select Promotions to view your seller profile
Select Storefronts to view your partner (storefront admin) profile
Updating Your Organization
Looking to update your company information? Do this via the My Company page, which can be accessed from both your partner and seller profiles.
Click on "Accounts" via the lefthand menu and select "My Company".
This page will allow you to update your organization's name, logo website, description, and social media handles.
