Pre-negotiated discounts can be added to your marketplace from the Builtfirst Catalog. Have your own custom discount from a vendor that you want to display? Read on!
All custom offers on Builtfirst must be added by either a partner (marketplace owner) or a seller (vendor). How those offers are added will be slightly different depending on who creates them in the system.
Whoever adds the offer(s) is responsible for keeping details up to date, so keep that in mind when deciding how to move forward.
Partners Adding Offers
As a marketplace owner, you can create offers by logging into your seller profile:
Log into the manage portal

Pay special attention to the Sold As (Select the Seller) section. This is where you'll enter the vendor's name and logo for the listing.
Continue on to create a deal (as needed)
Sellers Adding Offers
Sellers can make a Builtfirst account at any time, but can't create offers for specific marketplaces until they receive an invitation from a marketplace admin.

Seller will verify email address, then log into the manage portal

Next Steps
So the custom offer has been created. Now what?
The marketplace owner must add the newly created offer to their marketplace - this does not happen automatically. Custom offers can be found and added from the Sellers page.
Once the offer's been added to the marketplace, that's it! Eligible buyers (founders, startups, etc) can now see the details you've added and shop!
