The Catalog is a list of products/services and deals that you can offer in your marketplace, organized by Seller (vendor).
Getting Started
When you add products/deals from the Catalog, it is per marketplace. If you offer multiple marketplaces use the dropdown on the left to select the marketplace you want to manage.
All vs Available
The Product/Deal table is split into 2 main categories: All and Available.
All displays every Seller that you can currently work with in-platform.
Available displays every Seller that has created offers that you can add to your marketplace today.
Products/Services vs Deals
A Product/Service is a general offering provided by a Seller.
Example: Acme Consultation Services
A Deal is a specific discount offered by a Seller.
Example: 20% Off Your First Acme Bill
Products and deals are independent of one another. This gives you freedom to add all of a Seller's offerings or just a few.
Once you confirm that you want to add a product or deal, it's immediately visible to members of your marketplace.
Using the Table
Review the products/deals that can be added to your marketplace using the Catalog's table.
Search, Sort, Columns, Add Sellers
The options at the top of the page allow you to customize the table for a curation experience that works best for you.
Options from left to right:
Search for deals by vendor name, key words, seller ID, or description.
Sort the table alphabetically or by offer creation/update date.
Add/Remove columns from the table.
Add Sellers using their email address to invite vendors to start using Builtfirst.

Results
Offers are grouped together by Seller Name. Sellers in this table are shown/hidden depending on how you use the Categories, Products, and Associated Deals filters.
Adding Offers to Your Marketplace
You can add offers in bulk or individually.
To add multiple offers at once, check the box next to each Seller Name you're interested in. The "Add All" button will appear above the table automatically.
To add one specific offer, head to the Seller's profile by clicking the action menu > Go To Seller on the far right side of the table:
In the Products section, use the checkboxes on the left to select which individual items you want to add to your marketplace.

Seller Profiles
When Sellers join Builtfirst, we ask them to add information about their company, how to reach them, and what they are offering to marketplaces. All of these details can be found in the Seller Profile.
About is a Seller-provided description about their organization.
Products is a complete list of the Seller's products and deals that you can add to your marketplace.
Contacts are users that are currently managing the Seller's account in Builtfirst. Click the chat bubble to the right of a contact's name to send them a message using the Builtfirst Inbox.
You'll find additional features in the More Actions menu:
Change Policy lets you choose how future changes/additions to a Seller's offerings behave.
Invite Contact lets you invite a user to Builtfirst that is not already listed in the Seller's contact section. You must have the user's email address to issue an invitation.
Open Chat is a shortcut that opens the Builtfirst Inbox so you can draft a message to the Seller's primary contact on file.
