Leaving Reviews: How To
Marketplace Admins
Clickpath: Build Your Marketplace > Reviews
Reviews are submitted per marketplace. Use the caret at the top of the page to select the marketplace you want to manage.
β
To get started, click "+ New Review" in the bottom right corner.
β
Fill out the prompts to save your review.
Note that reviews are added per listing title (ex, Acme Anvils Service), not per deal title (ex, 30% off Acme Anvils).
Buyers
Your buyers can view others' and submit their own reviews on any listing page.
Once they save their entry, your admin team can either approve or reject it. Until the review is approved, it won't be visible to anyone in the marketplace.
Managing Reviews
Clickpath: Build Your Marketplace > Reviews
Marketplace admins can manage all submissions via the central Reviews page, which is split into 2 sections: Live and Pending.
Live reviews are approved to appear in your marketplace.
β
βPending reviews are submissions from your buyers that are awaiting your team's review.
Live Reviews
You can hide, delete, or edit reviews from any user at any time.
Hide makes a review invisible to buyers in the marketplace. You can always unhide an entry if needed.
Delete permanently removes a review - this can't be reversed.
Edit allows you to change any part of an existing review. An "edited" tag will be automatically added for your team to track, but buyers will not see this.
Pending Reviews
Pending reviews can be approved, edited, or rejected. Your buyers do not receive notifications for actions taken on this page.
Reject permanently deletes a review - this can't be reversed.
Edit allows you to make changes as if you were the author of the review.
Approve adds a review to the marketplace as-is. Once approved, the review can be further managed in the Live section.
