The details of offers can only be edited by the organization that created them. For example....
Scenario 1) Example Marketplace creates an offer on behalf of Example Seller (a.k.a "Sold As" feature).
Only Example Marketplace can make edits.
Scenario 2) Example2 Seller makes a Builtfirst account and creates an offer for Example Marketplace.
Only Example2 Seller can make edits.
Regardless of who has created an offer, all editing must be done via the seller portal. If you're a marketplace owner that has made discounts on behalf of sellers, you'll need to switch from your partner profile to your seller profile.
Making Changes to Existing Offers
Once you sign into the seller portal, you can manage all offers via the Listings page. The page is split up into 3 tabs for quick viewing: Listings, Editions, and Deals.
