For Partners that want to white-label their notifications

Specific actions taken in Builtfirst will trigger notifications to Buyers via email by default. This guide includes the list of notifications that are sent to Buyers and that can be handled via Zapier and will help Partners fully white-label their Buyers' notifications.


To get started, navigate to your Zapier dashboard and click "+ Create Zap". Zapier will ask you to define a trigger event and action event.

Click the first box to select your Trigger. Search for "builtfirst" and select it.

Next, choose which specific Builtfirst event you wish to customize.

You'll be prompted to connect your Builtfirst and Zapier accounts. The connection authorization will be a separate popup window, so make sure your web browser allows this.

Once you connect your accounts, Zapier will run a test to ensure it can pull data successfully. Once it does, you'll see an example of all the fields/data related to the event you selected.

Finally, select what action you'd like Zapier to take once a trigger event has been initiated. There are over 5,000 options, so this last step is up to you.

Now that you've chosen your Trigger and Action, your Zap is ready to go! If you have multiple marketplaces, you'll need to duplicate your Zap to apply it to those marketplaces as well.
