Managing Discount Redemption Requests

Pending requests for TD Bank buyers

TD Bank's marketplace is visible to anyone that has the link. However, buyers (your customers) can only redeem discounts if approved by someone on your team. After a buyer verifies their name, organization, email address, and phone number, they'll see a message letting them know that they're pending approval.


Notifying the TD Team

We'll automatically generate a notification email to let you know that you have an outstanding request that's awaiting review. This is sent to your work email; be sure to disable the email on the My Notifications page if it does not apply to you.

Reviewing Requests

Buyers' redemption requests must be approved via the Builtfirst marketplace admin portal. Log in and go to Admin Log > Pending to review all outstanding requests. Once you approve or deny, we'll send an automated email to update the buyer. The request will then move from Pending to the Logs tab for recordkeeping.
