If you have a large number of buyers to add to your community, we recommend utilizing the Bulk Upload feature.
Clickpath: Build Your Marketplace > Buyer Management > Add Buyers > "+ Bulk Upload"
Download the attached CSV template, add your buyers, then upload your file to complete the process. Note the upload requirements below, as the process will fail if there are any errors on the sheet.
Bulk Upload Rules
File must be in the .csv format.
All columns are required.
The users listed in the "Email" column can't already have a Builtfirst account.
Row A can't be edited.
Multiple addresses can only be added in the "Email" column.
Only 249 buyers can be added per sheet. If more are needed, complete a 2nd upload.

After Uploading
You'll receive a confirmation on the upload page as soon as your file has been accepted without errors. Your buyers can now access your community by logging in!
Unlike individual buyer additions, buyers added via upload won't automatically receive an email invitation to Builtfirst. You can direct your bulk uploaded buyers to your community manually, use the sharable link, or trigger invites on the Add Buyers page.
