You can manage different areas of your marketplace admin account using the lefthand menu. This guide breaks down each what each section is for.
Marketplaces
The Marketplaces tab is the initial step for creating a marketplace. Here, you can view and navigate between all of the marketplaces you've created.
Listings
The Listings tab is everything that's in your marketplace right now. Use this page to manage those listings and deals. You can view, reorder, feature, endorse, and delete items via this page. Sellers' activities (changes to products/deals) are also located here.
Reviews
Your Buyers can review the various products and deals you've added to the marketplace. You can view and manage this feedback in the Reviews tab.

Sellers
The Sellers tab is the central location where you'll manage the Seller accounts (vendors) that can offer products or deals to your marketplace.
All displays every Seller you've added to your marketplace.
Available indicates Sellers with products/deals available for your marketplace.
Active shows Seller with products/deals that you've already added to your marketplace.
Invites displays any invitations you've sent to Sellers that have yet to onboard to Builtfirst.
Catalog
The Catalog tab opens the door to Sellers you've not yet added, encompassing Builtfirst's network of premier software and service vendors.
You'll see all vendors, including those with products/services, along with available deals via the All and Available tabs. Once added, they will be accessible in the Seller tab and can be managed accordingly.
Collections
Use the Collections tab to group products/deals you've added into easy-to-see bundles for your Buyers. You can add titles and descriptions to each collection to show why specific offers may be attractive to your Buyers.
Buyers
Manage your Buyers (founders, startups, customers) from the Buyers page. These are the users that will access your marketplace to shop for discounts. You'll see two tabs here:
Buyers - list of companies/organizations shopping your marketplace
Contacts - individual users from those companies in the buyers tab

Analytics
The Analytics tab breaks down how different products/deals are performing in your marketplace. Information can be downloaded or exported at any time from this section.
Analytics displays your Buyers' searched terms, products/deals reviewed, and products/deals activated (redeemed).
Activity Log shows what specific users have been reviewing/redeeming line-by-line.

Activity
This is the new home of the activity log that was once part of the Analytics page. The log will show you what actions your buyers are taking in the marketplace, such as verifying their accounts, using the search bar, and clicking on deals. Each action can be viewed line-by-line directly on this page or by downloading a copy of it as a csv.
