Your company's logo is the easiest way for users to identify you at a glance. It helps add an air of validity to marketplace owners. For sellers, it's is a key differentiator between your offers and other vendors' when admins and buyers are browsing for discounts to add and redeem respectively.
Where to Upload
Click your profile icon (i.e. your initials or profile photo, if one was added) to open the top right menu. Select My Company from the list.
You'll have options to upload 2 types of logos:

1) Symbol - the favicon that appears in your browser tab and in
2) Full Logo - a fully scaled image of your branding
Upload Rules
The following file extensions are supported for image uploads: PNG, JPG, JPEG and WEBP. The maximum size for each image is 2MB. These rules apply to all image uploads in Builtfirst.
Where to See Them
Partners (Marketplace Owners):
Any place where your company name appears in the platform (analytics, various marketplace emails, the Inbox)
In the marketplace IF no other branding is uploaded on your marketplace settings page
Sellers (Vendors):
Any place where your company name appears in the platform (emails sent by marketplace owners, on marketplace admins' Catalog, Listings, and Sellers pages, the Inbox)
If you have additional, promotional images to share, you can upload them to the Gallery section of each listing.
Deleting Logos
Images uploaded to My Profile or marketplace settings (for marketplace owners) can be replaced, but not outright deleted. If you need to remove one of your logos but don't have an image ready to replace them yet, send a request to our support team to process that removal.
Sellers can delete gallery images by editing their listing.
