How to upload or change your company's logo(s) in Builtfirst

Your company's logo is the easiest way for users to identify you at a glance. Storefront owners use these logos to tie their offers back to their main website for a cohesive look.

For sellers, it's is a key differentiator between your offers and other vendors' when admins and buyers are browsing for discounts to add and redeem respectively.


Where to Upload

Clickpath: Storefronts > Go to Storefront > Settings > Branding

Go to Storefronts and click "Go to Storefront" for the one you want to edit.

Click the "Settings" button.

Select Branding to view and/or replace your existing logos.

The images you can upload here are:

  • Logo, shown as the favicon\

  • Full Logo, shown in your storefront and in whitelabeled communications


Upload Rules

The following file extensions are supported for image uploads: PNG, JPG, JPEG and WEBP. The maximum size for each image is 2MB. These rules apply to all image uploads in Builtfirst.

If you have additional, promotional images to share, you can upload them to the Gallery section of each listing.
