A listing is a category of product(s) or service(s) that you offer as a Seller. Each deal you create will be assigned to a listing. Check out Listings vs Deals for a deeper breakdown of that topic.

To get started with a listing, navigate to Sell Your Products > Manage Deals > + New Product/Service in the bottom right corner.

π‘ If you already have a listing, there's no need to create a new one unless you have a unique, non-bundled product you want to promote separately.
Product/Service Fields
Product/Service Title
Name (Required) - Name of product/service - i.e. "HubSpot Sales Hub", "Amazon Web Services", or "Google Ads".
βProduct Description (Required) - Description of the product or service being offered
Select Your Target Audience (Required) - Which Partners can access the deals under this product or service
You must choose your partner in this field and in the "Deal Segmentation" section of deals in order for them to see your offer. See: Target Audiences & Deal Segmentation Explained
How it Works (Optional) - Description of how the product works or integrates with other products
Product/Service Information
Product/Service (Required) - Confirm if your offer is for a product or a service
Product/Service Categories (Required) - Select up to 3 searchable categories for buyers to discover your offers
π‘ The audience can always see your live deals when browsing, but the category selected here determines which additional filters will hide/show your deals.

Point of Contact
This field is internal and not shown to Buyers. Builtifrst will reference this if a startup needs support and we aren't able to resolve their issue or need to update the listing.
Full Name (Required) - who will answer questions/maintain this listing
βEmail (Required) - Email address of the contact
Miscellaneous
Video (Optional) - add a link to a promotional video for your product/service
βAdditional Images (Optional) - Attach product screenshots or case studies.
Pricing (Optional) - Share more insight into pricing plans/costs to use your product/service
βFeatures (Optional) - Add information about the top features of your product/service
βCustomers (Optional) - Provide a list of customers on Builtfirst that use your product/service

Q: How do I edit an existing listing?
A: Click into the Action Menu (3 dots next to the listing) and select "Edit" from the dropdown.

Q: What's the maximum number of listings I can make?
A: There's no cap on how many listings you can create.

βQ: How many deals can I place in a listing?
A: This is unlimited. However, if you create 2 deals in a listing for the same target audience, Buyers will see the deal of greater value based on the priority assigned.
Q: When should I create a new listing?
A: Only when you have a unique, non-bundled product or service with a separate discount. This is rare. E.g. "Google Ads", "Google Cloud" & "Google Workspace" all have individual listings.
